Ordering Process

Buying from the online store:
1. Payment can be made through Pay Pal, which is a secure online payment system
2. Once payment has been received we will send you an email confirming your order.If the item is out of stock it will be remade allow 28 days for this you will be emailed to inform you if this happens
3. Once your order has been dispatched our carrier will send you an email to confirm this. Orders are normally sent out for delivery to destinations within the UK and can be expected within approximately 3-5 working days. (overseas buyers contact us for postage costs for orders outside of the UK)


Ordering bespoke items:
1. Email us your design request at nigeldaw@hotmail.co.uk or alternatively you can call us on 01949 875234 Monday Sunday 9am-7pm. We will always aim to respond to your request the same day.
2. We will then discuss with you your design request, size and timeframe.
3. Once we have an idea of what you would like we will email some designs to you to look over to choose from. Any alterations or suggestions can be made at this point.
4. Once a design and price has been agreed upon we will then send you a Pay Pal invoice for the item. Once payment has been received we will make a start on your design.
5. As soon as the design has been completed we will email you a picture of the final product.
6. When we have received confirmation from yourself that you are happy with the finished item we will apply the final coat of varnish and send you a notification email to state when the item has been dispatched.
7. Orders are normally sent by carrier for delivery to destinations within the UK and can be expected within approximately 3-5 days working days. (for shipping orders outside the UK this will incur a shipping cost which would have been discussed when the order was placed.)
